We recommend securing your date as early as possible, particularly for peak wedding seasons and popular dates. Our calendar typically opens well in advance, with bookings currently being accepted 18 months in advance. If your date is already set, we'd love to hear from you and check our availability.

Every destination is a little different. For Australian weddings, travel and logistics are incorporated into your package, while international weddings are tailored around the requirements of your destination. Any travel, accommodation or other logistics will always be discussed upfront, so you know exactly what's included before securing your date.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date exclusively to you. Once your deposit has been received, your date is secured and we'll be ready to start bringing your coverage plans together.

Of course. We’re always happy to jump on an initial call to hear more about your plans, talk through what you’d love captured and help you find the coverage that feels right for your day. It’s also a chance to get to know each other before your wedding day and make sure we’re the right fit.
